Beauty Advisor – Inside Sales

About the role

Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor focused on inside sales, helping customers discover the perfect hair, cosmetics, skin‑care and nail products. You will create memorable shopping experiences, guide product choices and support the store’s loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire brand loyalty.
• Recommend complementary products and inform shoppers about promotions.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales events.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment and communicate inventory needs.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty trends and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work around occasional fumes, odors and moving equipment.
• Strong communication skills and alignment with Sally Beauty’s culture values.
