Key responsibilities

• Support 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Castilian and Basque (minimum C1).
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about customer service and problem‑solving.
• Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
• Demonstrate empathy, adaptability and attention to detail.
