About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2C Sales Agent fluent in Portuguese to join our remote team. You will turn inbound leads into satisfied homeowners by guiding them through the entire buying journey.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from marketing channels – no cold calling.
Consult clients by phone, email and online, providing expert advice before and after the sale.
Prepare offers, negotiate terms and close deals.
Understand customer needs and ensure a smooth purchase experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

Fluency in Portuguese.
Good English for internal communication.
Proven B2C or B2B sales experience (phone, email or online).
Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary €1,300–€1,500 net per month.
Performance bonuses averaging €3,000–€8,000 per month, with top earners reaching €10,000–€15,000.
Remote work – work from home.
No cold‑calling; all leads are pre‑qualified.
