B2C Sales Agent – Portuguese Market

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2C Sales Agent fluent in Portuguese to join our remote team. You will turn inbound leads into satisfied homeowners by guiding them through the entire buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from marketing channels – no cold calling.
• Consult clients by phone, email and online, providing expert advice before and after the sale.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Understand customer needs and ensure a smooth purchase experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Proven B2C or B2B sales experience (phone, email or online).
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus.
