Associate Product Manager – Manufacturing Execution Systems

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Associate Product Manager to support the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform for the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Functional Architects, Development, Quality, and commercial teams to translate customer and market needs into product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in defining and documenting product strategy based on market trends.
• Maintain product backlogs, track delivery progress, and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Coordinate activities across Development, QA, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, conduct market and competitor research, and document customer needs.
• Support product discovery activities such as interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Develop an understanding of industry regulations and support compliance‑related documentation.
• Monitor product quality metrics, track defects and enhancement requests, and help prioritize initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, quality, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into product requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in compliance‑driven software products for the pharmaceutical sector.
