About the role
As an Assistant Front Office Manager you will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure at Robinson Quinta da Ria. You will act as both a behind‑the‑scenes coordinator and a welcoming face for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain optimal quota utilisation when the manager is absent.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Process reservations and respond to guest enquiries.
- Support the planning and execution of events and functions.
- Ensure smooth operations at the reception desk and back‑office.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to provide consistent service.
Required profile
- Completed training as a hotel specialist.
- Experience working at the reception desk in an upscale hotel environment.
- Initial management experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a focus on quality service.
Required skills
- Knowledge of a hotel reservation system, preferably Opera.
