About the role

The Asset Protection Associate safeguards associates, customers, and merchandise at Walmart. You will investigate incidents, think critically, and help solve complex security challenges in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store areas to prevent theft and protect assets.
• Investigate suspicious activities and document findings.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement loss‑prevention strategies.
• Apply schedule, facility, or seasonal premiums when criteria are met.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all shoppers and employees.

Required profile

• Available for part‑time shifts at Walmart Supercenter #3693, Santa Isabel, PR.
• Ability to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
• Strong observational and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to Walmart’s drug‑free workplace policy.
