Artwork Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Artwork Specialist to manage the development and lifecycle of printed packaging artwork for Grünenthal products. You will work in a collaborative, international environment, ensuring that all packaging materials meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end development flow of artwork files for printed packaging, both for internal Grünenthal sites and external contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate artwork management activities for external clients’ products packaged at Grünenthal facilities.
• Maintain packaging material master data and bill of materials in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to guarantee timely delivery of high‑quality artwork in a global setting.
• Monitor and implement label changes according to regulatory timelines.
• Support investigations of deviations related to artwork changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of artwork development processes.
• Create, maintain, and archive SOPs and GMP‑related documentation.

Required profile

• Graduation in life sciences (preferred).
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field (medical devices, cosmetics), especially in regulatory affairs, quality, or supply with artwork development knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written English skills; German or Spanish is a plus.
• Good knowledge of regulatory terminology, labeling guidelines, and GMP regulations.
• Lean‑continuous improvement mindset and solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP (preferred).
