Area Sales Manager – Automotive Products

About the role

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our ContiTech team, focusing on automotive products. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers across the assigned territory, driving new business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned area.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, and technical service teams.
• Analyze the area’s potential and assess the value of existing and prospective customers.
• Create and manage a customer value plan highlighting profile, share, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, business engineering or marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales function.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country.
