Area Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing retail company seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple stores within a defined region. You will be responsible for translating the Sales Department strategy into actionable plans that drive business results while aligning with the overall corporate vision.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy across assigned stores to meet business objectives.
• Monitor store readiness for stock counts and enforce procedures to minimise losses.
• Control sales budget performance and ensure standards are applied consistently.
• Inspect warehouse inventory management to reduce costs and guarantee product availability.
• Supervise sales periods, including clearance of finished collections and excess stock.
• Lead Store Managers, ensuring proper staffing, organization and regulatory compliance.
• Identify needs, propose ideas and participate in projects that optimise organisational performance.
• Utilise available resources and tools to maximise daily sales in the assigned stores.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager in a retail environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly between stores.
• Result‑oriented, decisive and focused on achieving goals.
