Architect – Real Estate Projects

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a qualified Architect to join its Lisbon office. You will work on a variety of real‑estate projects, translating client needs into design concepts, test‑fits and final solutions while ensuring compliance with market and C&W standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client requirements and develop test‑fits, temporary and final design solutions.
• Manage national and international stakeholders throughout each project.
• Create Look & Feel proposals, conceptual designs and preliminary studies.
• Prepare licensing and execution documentation, including drawings, reports and measurement tables.
• Coordinate license approvals with authorities and clients.
• Provide technical assistance during construction management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations, material catalogs and emerging design trends.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an Architect or Interior Designer.
• Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos (Order of Architects).
• Strong analytical abilities and proactive attitude.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) and ability to present in Portuguese and English.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to travel to construction sites nationwide.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools, especially Revit.
• AutoCAD.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Microsoft Office suite.
