Arabic Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking Arabic‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role you will provide friendly, high‑quality support to customers across phone, email and chat, helping them navigate post‑sales queries and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Document every interaction accurately in internal systems and follow company procedures.
• Handle post‑sales issues such as order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales by identifying needs, recommending products or services and contributing to revenue goals.
• Maintain and update order information and customer records in the CRM with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Arabic (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
