AI Systems Engineering Subject Matter Expert

About the role

TripleTen is creating an international platform for digital re‑skilling. We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Engineering practitioner to help shape and author curriculum for engineers transitioning to system architecture roles.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine the existing syllabus draft, validate topic sequencing, and identify gaps.
• Define clear learning objectives for each lesson.
• Produce lesson content using AI‑generated tools, then fact‑check, edit, and fine‑tune for technical accuracy.
• Design realistic hands‑on projects and exercises for a 20‑hour‑per‑week study pace.
• Write supporting materials such as project instructions, rubrics, and reviewer guides.
• Iterate on content based on feedback from the learning experience designer.

Required profile

• 5+ years of real‑world experience as a Senior Systems Engineer.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping large‑scale systems in a production environment.
• Ability to explain the rationale behind engineering decisions, not just the implementation.
• Strong technical communication skills for translating complex topics into teachable material.
