AI Services Consultant II – French speaker

About the role

Zendesk’s Professional Services team is building an AI Delivery practice to help customers adopt AI‑driven solutions quickly. As an AI Services Consultant II, you will act as the technical and product expert for the AI‑powered Resolution Platform, guiding French‑speaking customers through configuration, integration and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on implementing and optimizing Zendesk AI products to meet business goals.
• Facilitate change‑management and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background with experience guiding complex technology implementations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Proven ability to manage projects, align technical solutions with business objectives and remove blockers quickly.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AI‑driven customer experience platforms (specifically Zendesk AI products).
• Experience with system configuration, integration and optimization.
