AI Product Owner – Drive Data‑Driven Solutions

About the role

As an AI Product Owner you will be a key driver of data‑driven and AI‑powered solutions that generate real business impact. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping product vision and ensuring that innovative digital solutions deliver measurable value across Bosch’s international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical experts.
• Analyze business needs from industrial, financial or other domains and translate them into clear functional and non‑functional requirements for development and data‑engineering teams.
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, feasibility and return on investment.
• Define success metrics, monitor AI solution performance and communicate results transparently to stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions meet user needs and provide a seamless experience.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across business, design and development teams within an agile setup.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on process analysis, project management or technology.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in software development or related digital projects.
