AI Engineer (Vibe Coding / LLM-Driven Development)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and ship AI-powered features using large language model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI. You will work in a fast-moving, experimental environment, turning ideas into working prototypes and building scalable backend services that power our AI-first products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-driven functionalities using LLM APIs.
• Rapidly prototype new product concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and integrations.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experiment with AI workflows, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and automation pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background, preferably in backend or full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or generative AI tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental setting and moving quickly from idea to prototype.
• Product-oriented mindset focused on impact.

Required skills

• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Backend development and integration skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of AI agents, RAG systems, or prompt engineering is a plus.
• Background in machine learning or data science is advantageous but not mandatory.
