AI Enablement Trainer – Head of BFSI Solutions

About the role

Neurons Lab is seeking a senior AI Enablement Trainer to lead an AI Adoption Programme for a US mutual‑fund administration firm. The programme consists of weekly half‑day, online workshops (6–12 weeks) focused on Claude Enterprise and Claude Cowork, with practical SharePoint‑based data‑flow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the pre‑approved curriculum to real client artefacts such as fee schedules, deferred‑comp calculations, N‑1A filings, fund highlights and board packs.
• Deliver engaging, half‑day virtual workshops to non‑technical finance professionals.
• Design and run hands‑on exercises, building at least three Claude skills live per session using participants’ own documents and SharePoint data flows.
• Teach the “team extends” method so staff can decompose and automate their own workflows after the workshop.
• Conduct 1.5‑hour office‑hour sessions one week and one month post‑workshop and triage follow‑up questions.
• Coordinate with the internal AI platform/governance engineer to ensure consistency of foundations, governance and functional content.
• Collect participant feedback after each session and iterate the curriculum accordingly.
• Escalate engineering‑grade opportunities to the account team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably fund administration or asset‑management operations.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate live, online training for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills in English, comfortable presenting to US stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of regulated‑industry AI governance (RBAC, data residency, read‑only access, prompt‑injection risks).
