AI Documentation Engineer – AR5

About the role

You will own the capture and transformation of technical knowledge into certified documentation for the AR5 product team. By integrating Tekever's internal LLM tools, you enable engineers to generate high‑quality documentation directly from their work while you ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structure, templates and review processes that turn raw engineering input into release‑ready documentation using internal LLM tools.
• Act as the human‑in‑the‑loop, validating and correcting AI‑generated content for technical accuracy and aerospace, defence, and UAS certification standards.
• Design and maintain documentation templates, authoring standards, and knowledge‑capture practices (structured notes, design rationale).
• Govern the AR5 documentation baseline, ensuring proper version control, traceability and a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, avionics/firmware, RF, payload (EO/IR, radar, AIS, SIGINT) and quality teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Electrotechnical, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical role within aerospace, defence or UAS/autonomous systems (e.g., documentation engineer, technical writer, systems engineer).
• Familiarity with avionics, embedded systems, RF and payload integration, and ability to read schematics and protocols such as MIL‑STD, MAVLink or STANAG.
• Comfort with AI/LLM tooling, version‑control systems and docs‑as‑code approaches, or strong aptitude to adopt them.
• Excellent technical English with sound judgment to validate AI output.
