About the role

As an Agile Professional in Vestas’ SW Platforms & Connectivity Project Management team, you will support the module roadmap and drive projects from concept to market delivery. Based at the Technology Centre in Porto, you will work with global stakeholders across Denmark, Portugal and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, initiate and execute SW Platform & Networks module projects following Vestas’ stage‑gate model.
• Own project budgets, timelines and detailed plans, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.
• Plan and conduct technical reviews, project‑management reviews and gate recommendations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation actions promptly.
• Communicate clearly with a complex stakeholder matrix, influencing decisions up, down and laterally.
• Collaborate with line management to secure staffing and timely project start‑up.

Required profile

• Technical or related B.Sc/M.Sc degree; engineering background in electrical, IT or similar is a plus.
• Experience with project or programme management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to inspire, influence and guide teams across cultures and remote environments.
• Proven change‑management and stakeholder‑communication capabilities.
