Agentic Architect

About the role

GRiT® is seeking an Agentic Architect to design and deliver AI‑driven automation solutions. You will lead the creation of multi‑agent systems, integrate them into modern software development lifecycles, and ensure they meet governance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI architectures and multi‑agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.
• Model business processes and translate functional requirements into agent‑based automation solutions.
• Integrate AI agents into Agile, CI/CD, testing and code‑review pipelines.
• Develop prototypes and production‑grade agents in Python on Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
• Define and enforce AI governance, observability, quality assurance and Human‑in‑the‑Loop controls.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define success metrics and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agentic Architect, AI Architect or Solution Architect designing AI‑driven automation.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and experience working with Agile methodologies.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen (or similar).
• Agentic Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs and persistent memory architectures.
• CI/CD pipelines and Agile development processes.
• AI governance, quality assurance and Human‑in‑the‑Loop concepts.
