Agent Accounts Receivable - French Speaker

About the role

SIXT is looking for a French‑speaking Accounts Receivable Agent to join its Lisbon team. You will manage outstanding balances for corporate B2B customers, ensure timely communication, and support the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outstanding balances for corporate customers, including B2B and damages.
• Communicate with customers, send reminders, and negotiate installment plans.
• Reconcile and clarify customer accounts.
• Liaise with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Conduct debt‑collection activities when necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Higher education with a commercial focus or several years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for numbers.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Fluent in French and English (or French and German).
• Proficient with MS‑Office, especially Excel.
