Ad Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

As an Ad Creative Graphic Designer you will create performance‑driven visual assets for our growth clients across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms. You will work closely with video editors, creative strategists and performance marketers to produce static ads, carousels, stories and branding elements that capture attention and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design static advertisements, carousel formats, story visuals and branding assets for social media and search platforms.
• Collaborate with video editors, creative strategists and performance marketers to ensure visual concepts align with campaign goals.
• Translate creative briefs into high‑impact visual concepts that are optimized for performance marketing.
• Maintain design quality while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media aesthetic trends and ad psychology.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced creative team.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Fast, detail‑oriented and able to juggle several projects without compromising quality.
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas.
