Accounting & Reporting Trainee

About the role

Join Forvia as an Accounting & Reporting Trainee and support the finance team in daily operations. You will gain hands‑on experience with ERP systems, account reconciliation and month‑end reporting while contributing to the company’s sustainable mobility mission.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine tasks in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and justifying balances.
• Support launch activities and prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and account statements.
• Help register fixed assets and maintain related documentation.
• Participate in monthly closing and reporting activities.
• Support archiving of documents and reports.
• Take part in problem‑solving groups to improve processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong numerical and bureaucratic aptitude.
• Effective time‑management and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
