Accountant Team Leader – Manage Accounting Team

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant Team Leader to supervise a team of four accounting professionals within a global professional services organization. You will ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial processes while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the accounting team.
• Review and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement process optimizations.
• Prepare financial reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain strong financial alignment.

Required profile

• Solid experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Minimum two years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
