Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Payable

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our global hotel group. You will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record and control all accounting entries.
• Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, record receipts, settle payments and prepare weekly reports.
• Manage accounts payable: record supplier invoices, process payment requests and verify supplier statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle travel expense reimbursements.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
• Support monthly and annual account closing processes.
• Ensure tax and accounting compliance.
• Assist internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and quick learning ability.
• Dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
