Account Specialist

About the role

The Account Specialist will independently manage day‑to‑day operations and end‑to‑end execution of complex social media accounts for the Portuguese market. You will drive strategic and creative contributions while maintaining strict control over workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure top‑tier delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex social media accounts, building strong client relationships and delivering premium service.
• Oversee social media channels, community management, branded content, and web‑series projects from concept through execution.
• Manage outreach, negotiation, and collaboration with creators and influencers.
• Control timelines, workflows, deliverables, and campaign budgets.
• Create reporting dashboards, contribute to strategic planning, and help develop new business proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience balancing client management, social media strategy, content creation, and project management.
• Proactive, independent work style without compromising quality.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and understanding business margins.
• Ability to generate fresh creative ideas grounded in solid account strategy.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market landscape and audience trends.
