About the role

Island Finance LLC, the largest financial institution in Puerto Rico, is seeking an Account Representative for its Coamo branch. The role focuses on selling and promoting a range of consumer loan products while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Island Finance’s financial products to existing and prospective clients.
• Provide guidance and personalized service to retain customers and attract new business.
• Achieve sales targets in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of university education or a related technical program.
• At least two years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with the public.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Team‑player with good oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
