Account Receivable Trainee

About the role

Join Forvia as an Account Receivable Trainee and support the finance team in daily accounting operations. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with ERP systems, invoicing, and tax processes in a global automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with ERP tasks related to accounts receivable.
• Monitor and support factories in their accounting operations.
• Prepare and issue both automatic and manual invoices.
• Follow existing billing procedures and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounting and tax records.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work in an international setting.
• Team‑oriented with effective time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with ERP software.
• Familiarity with invoicing and billing processes.
