About the role
As an Account Manager at Playlist, you will be the primary point of contact for ClassPass fitness partners in Lisbon, overseeing a high‑revenue portfolio and helping studios grow their business through the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business, driving revenue and reservation growth.
- Prospect new studio partners and upsell existing accounts.
- Communicate the ClassPass value proposition and troubleshoot partner issues.
- Advocate for partners internally, escalating bugs and feature requests.
- Monitor market‑wide partner retention and meet quarterly targets.
- Identify supply‑health opportunities and ensure inventory availability.
- Build long‑term relationships with top, medium, and lower‑tier studios.
- Drive adoption of new ClassPass products and retain existing ones.
- Maintain your pipeline using Salesforce and provide monthly check‑ins with key partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and data‑driven insights.
- Strong knowledge of the boutique fitness and wellness market.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions.
