Account Manager - Dutch Speaker

About the role

As an Account Manager for Linde Global Services in Porto, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth within the gas and industrial chemicals market. You will work closely with field sales and internal experts to develop tailored solutions for Dutch‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and profit targets through volume growth, pricing contracts and cost‑to‑serve management.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing profitability by understanding each client’s value drivers.
• Document business development and account activities in Connect CRM according to defined rules.
• Collaborate with field sales across all customer segments.
• Build stakeholder maps to identify influencers and decision‑makers and tailor engagement strategies.
• Plan, schedule and conduct outbound calls, involve customers in agenda setting and coordinate internal resources as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales/commercial experience in the gas, chemical or related manufacturing sector.
• 3‑5 years of account management experience focused on phone and outbound outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Native or C2 level Dutch proficiency (required) and at least B1 level English.
• Interest in digital transformation and ability to work with data.
