About the role
Versigent is seeking an Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with Tier‑1 automotive customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand client needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions that drive sales growth and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key Tier‑1 automotive accounts.
- Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions and serve as the main contact for inquiries.
- Coordinate business pursuits with customers and internal functional teams.
- Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends, competitive activity and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide client feedback to product development teams and prepare regular reports on pipeline and account performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Strong interest in sales, account management and the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proactive, customer‑focused attitude and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal teams.
