Website Content Editor

About the role

The Web Content Editor will support Nestlé’s iconic brands worldwide by managing and optimizing website content. Working within a multicultural team, you will ensure information is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand standards while applying best‑practice SEO and UX principles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update content across assigned brand websites using the CMS platform.
• Deploy new content and edit existing pages, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
• Optimize images with Adobe Photoshop (crop, resize) to improve page load speed.
• Apply SEO best practices to page copy, meta data, ALT tags and internal linking.
• Perform quality checks: fix broken links, 404 errors, implement redirects, and add missing metadata.
• Collaborate closely with brand managers to continuously improve website performance.
• Monitor web traffic and user engagement metrics (bounce rate, session duration) and propose enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and updates.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks such as testing new CMS functionalities.

Required profile

• University degree preferably in Digital Media, Digital Communication or Digital Technologies.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal 8/9.
• Basic photo‑editing skills with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven web‑mastering and content‑optimization experience, including familiarity with Google web‑mastering tools.
