Web Developer

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Web Developer to design, build and maintain web applications that support the SIGNET platform and related systems. You will work in a collaborative, technically diverse environment, contributing to both front‑end and back‑end development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern front‑end technologies, primarily React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Implement new features and perform evolutionary and corrective fixes, ensuring high quality, performance and security.
• Work with back‑end technologies such as .NET Core and C#, integrating systems through WebAPI and distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver seamless solutions and improve development processes.
• Operate and maintain Oracle database solutions within a Windows Server environment using MS Visual Studio.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP/ASPx.NET Core and C#.
• Experience with distributed systems, WebAPI integrations and Oracle databases.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
