Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join LinkActiv Group as a Warehouse Operator on a full‑time, temporary basis. You will play a key part in keeping the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient while supporting daily shipping and receiving activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise according to company procedures.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments with accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory records, assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Organize and clean warehouse areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training and certification provided).
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience in a similar warehouse role (preferred).
• Willingness to complete company‑provided forklift training and obtain certification.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification required).
• Pallet jack operation.
• Use of inventory tracking software or handheld devices.
