Waiter/Waitress – Seasonal Position (April‑May 2026)

About the role

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join the VARANDA team for a short‑term assignment from April to May 2026. You will be part of a luxury hospitality environment, delivering a memorable dining experience to guests in a historic, art‑deco hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service to guests.
• Guide guests through the menu, suggest wine and cocktail pairings, and answer questions.
• Set up and maintain tables throughout service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for special requests and maintain guest history records.
• Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service across outlets, events, and in‑room dining.
• Operate tea/coffee equipment and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating tea and coffee equipment.
• Ability to maintain accurate guest history records.
