Waiter/Waitress – Modern Lusitanian Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and service‑oriented Waiter/Waitress to join Luzzi, the new modern Lusitanian restaurant located on the top floor of Andaz Lisbon. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and contributing to the vibrant dining experience that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties for your station, ensuring all equipment and service tools are ready.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and guide them through the menu.
• Monitor the dining area to maintain safety, organization and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs, address issues promptly and ensure a seamless meal experience.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and support team communication.
• Uphold company policies, brand standards and maintain a polished professional appearance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to personalize service.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury hotels or restaurants, preferably in lifestyle hospitality.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of wines and gastronomy (advantageous).
