About the role

Join Travel + Leisure Co. as a Vacation Sales Agent, where you’ll engage with families at our Ceiba and San Juan ports, promoting vacation ownership and travel membership experiences. This fast‑paced, carnival‑style environment offers uncapped commission and the chance to earn a six‑figure income while developing sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate friendly, high‑energy conversations with vacationing guests.
• Present and explain vacation ownership options, tours, and reservation details.
• Book reservations and assist guests in preparing for their trips.
• Utilise tablets and CRM tools to capture guest information and schedule follow‑ups.
• Achieve sales targets, earn commission, and celebrate performance milestones.

Required profile

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Resilient, competitive mindset and motivation to exceed goals.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior sales experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort using tablets and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
