Traffic Management Officer – Marketing (French Speaker)

About the role

As a Traffic Management Officer you will lead the paid acquisition strategy, driving traffic and conversions across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise campaigns, analyse performance and continuously improve results while developing your expertise in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and affiliate platforms.
• Set up, configure and validate tracking for all campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Test different ad formats, targeting options and messaging to improve ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1‑3 years of proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
