Test Manager - French Speaker

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Test Manager who is fluent in French and English. You will lead automation testing initiatives for large‑scale projects in banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy, ensuring high‑quality delivery for millions of end users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies and automation frameworks across multiple projects.
• Coordinate testing activities, manage test teams and track progress using Jira.
• Ensure compliance with ISTQB‑based testing methodologies and project standards.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Report test results, metrics and quality indicators to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Automation Tester.
• Proven experience in a Test Manager role.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of project and test methodology principles.
