Test Leader/Manager (French Speaker) – Lisbon

About the role

Join Aubay Portugal as a Test Leader/Manager and drive the testing strategy for critical systems serving millions of users. You will work in a multilingual, agile environment, collaborating with international teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan.
• Oversee test design, execution, and defect tracking across projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of test analysts, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Prioritise test cases, manage test tools, and ensure accurate test data entry.
• Identify, resolve, and validate project anomalies.
• Produce and communicate all test deliverables within scope.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Fluent in French for effective communication.
• Proven ability to build test strategies and manage testing teams.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and risk‑identification skills.
• Commitment to corporate ethics, teamwork and customer focus.
