Temporary Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Temporary Customer Service Associate to join our store team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience while handling sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned cash register, process sales, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide courteous, fast, and accurate checkout service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and photo services.
• Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; perform inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Support web order pick‑up and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with regulations for age‑restricted products.
• Help set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.
• Participate in store training and complete assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months or more experience in a retail environment.
