Telesales Representative (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales through outbound and inbound phone calls. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone and handle objections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive, persistent attitude.
