Team Leader – CRM Operations, Governance & Reporting

About the role

The Team Leader – CRM Operations, Governance & Reporting will head a dedicated team that provides operational support, reporting, and data‑governance services for the European Commercial organisation. The role ensures the optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and delivers high‑quality analytics that drive sales effectiveness and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for CRM operations, reporting, user support and data governance.
• Set clear objectives, performance metrics and development plans for team members.
• Monitor workload, capacity and service‑level performance to meet SLA commitments.
• Ensure the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the Commercial organisation.
• Produce accurate, timely reports and analytics to support commercial decision‑making.
• Partner with the European Commercial Centre of Excellence, Sales Leadership, IT and Global CRM teams to standardise processes and drive operational excellence.
• Maintain data integrity, governance frameworks and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Foster a customer‑focused culture, drive employee engagement and manage knowledge‑sharing across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in CRM operations, reporting or data‑governance environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance.
