Systems Administrator – Level 3 Windows Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to provide Level 3 support for a Windows infrastructure serving multiple European subsidiaries. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and evolving the environment to ensure reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 regional IT infrastructure support for Windows servers and services.
• Manage Active Directory objects, including users, groups, and organizational units.
• Handle incidents and service requests across European sites, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain automation tools using PowerShell and Python.
• Support infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, security, and WSUS.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with project‑management practices (planning, risk, reporting).

Required skills

• Windows Architecture (OS, WSUS).
• Active Directory administration.
• Scripting in PowerShell and Python.
• Infrastructure knowledge (network, DNS, DHCP, security).
• PowerBI development.
• Optional: Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible.
