Stock & Logistics Manager

About the role

As the Stock & Logistics Manager for ICEYE’s global manufacturing organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of materials, components and finished goods across multiple production sites. You will ensure that the right parts are available at the right time to support a fast‑paced, rapidly scaling supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inventory, warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics for all manufacturing locations.
• Coordinate freight forwarding, customs clearance and carrier relationships, including third‑party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations such as ITAR, EAR and dual‑use export controls.
• Develop and lead the warehouse and logistics team, driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance availability with cost, reducing excess stock and preventing shortages.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing and Quality departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, inventory management or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export controls.
• Leadership experience managing warehouse or logistics teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
