Software Engineer – Platform Team

About the role

Finsolutia is looking for a Software Engineer to join its IT Platform Team. You will work on services that are shared across multiple products, improve the developer experience, and help the company adopt AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain shared backend services used by several products.
• Own the developer experience, including Azure Pipelines CI/CD, SonarQube code quality, and security testing.
• Ensure observability and performance with Dynatrace.
• Manage the AI gateway integrating OpenAI, Google Vertex and other models.
• Integrate external providers using robust patterns such as callbacks, webhooks, retries and idempotency.

Required profile

• Passionate about software craftsmanship – Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews and automated testing are second nature.
• Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core and SQL Server.
• Write unit tests (xUnit) and value test‑driven development.
• Think in systems, create clean APIs, write good documentation and consider downstream developers.
• Comfortable working with legacy code and refactoring it safely.
• Motivated, curious and eager to improve the platform.
