Software Engineer – Java Fullstack

About the role

GRiT® is looking for a motivated Java Fullstack Engineer to join its tech‑focused team. You will work on both server‑side Java applications and modern client‑side JavaScript frameworks, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using React, Angular or Vue.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance for both backend and frontend components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to define requirements and deliver features.
• Identify, debug, and resolve complex production issues.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional software development experience with Java.
• Strong familiarity with a client‑side JavaScript framework (React, Angular or Vue).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes for Java and JavaScript.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
