Social Media Specialist

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to join its Lisbon team on a full‑time basis. You will craft and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, helping to grow community interaction and brand awareness for both the company and its product pages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish high‑quality posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Manage posting schedules for both corporate and product‑specific pages.
• Generate meaningful comments to spark conversations and increase visibility.
• Monitor follower interactions and respond to build community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Design teams to align content with launches, hiring campaigns and other initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine the content strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, language and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing or online community engagement.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, concise and engaging social copy.
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience managing multiple brand or product pages.
• Proactive mindset, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
