Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage and streamline client service requests, ensuring fast, organized, and efficient responses. The role involves coordinating technicians, specialists, maintenance activities, parts, quotations, and billing using CRM and ERP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage client calls, messages, and emails.
• Coordinate services for biomedical equipment, refrigeration, patient‑care devices, and specialists.
• Gather information on client‑reported needs or issues.
• Record, update, and track cases, quotations, and maintenance in the CRM.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, installations, equipment moves, and pickups.
• Arrange availability of technicians, senior technicians, and specialists.
• Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and service orders for parts and products.
• Follow up on purchase orders, backorders, and external suppliers.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support inventory processes, part transfers, and ERP data entry.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with projects, meetings, and training as needed.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma plus two years of university studies or a technical course.
• At least one year of experience in customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and follow up on various requests.
• Customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Team player who meets established timelines and processes.
