Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (German Speaking)

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Amgen’s Capability Center in Lisbon, you will act as a strategic recruitment ally for multiple business units, ensuring the right talent is hired to support the delivery of life‑saving medicines. The position focuses on German‑speaking markets and requires end‑to‑end ownership of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for commercial, technology, operations, medical, clinical research and other key functions.
• Design and execute innovative talent attraction strategies that reinforce Amgen’s employer brand.
• Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines, especially for German‑speaking roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define hiring needs and interview processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires into Amgen’s HR systems.
• Work closely with international recruitment teams to share best practices and optimise processes.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in German and English.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven Candidate Relationship Management Systems.
