About the role

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant, you will partner with leading organizations to shape business strategies, design organizational and transformation plans, and turn client needs into actionable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and refine business strategies.
• Develop organizational and transformational road‑maps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Translate client requirements into concrete project plans and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and structured thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and project‑management track record.
• Client‑focused and results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
